IASTM of Forearm Flexors

 In Health
Dr. Justin has some restrictions in his forearms that we needed to work out manually. We thought all of you would enjoy seeing how we work on each other.
We use our forearm flexors for most of the things we do. Hanging, typing, driving, holding onto … well anything. With all of that use, we need to release any adhesions from the fascia of the forearm flexors of the wrist and fingers.
This technique will help with golfers elbow, which is a pulling at the medial epicondyle of the elbow.
